Blame the international.  They're the ones calling the shots now.  Apparently they know New York better than we do.  They got reps from 
butt-phuc, arkansas, maryland,  south jersey,osh-kosh kansas, and some little hamlet outside of boston.  McCarron hates the building 
trades and that has been long documented.  Take a good look at your future my dear brothers.  You wanted change---now you got it and 
you gotta live with it.
