The DOL is ready to bring charges to John Murphy and Thomas Mclean for their involvement in stealing more than Ten 
Thousand Dollars from Local 33. You see, Murphy put Mclean on the payroll for a month while he was still being paid by 
Shawmut Construction. Murphy tried to cover it up but the electronic stamps dont lie. Erlich found out about it, 
and got the records from Local 33. He forwarded the information to the DOL and now Local 33 is going to be 2 Delegates 
short for the National Convention. They really dont represent the members anyway, its just a good time on the members 
expense.With all the lies and bullshit Erlich has had to go through with O'Brien, Neville and Murphy, Hes going to have 
a great time at the Convention. Hey Danny, (voice of Justice for 33) why dont you ask for the records so you can confirm. 
Is it that you only want justice when it convenient? Maybe you can take Mcleans place.
